There is no specific cure for Hepatitis A. There are several treatments for CHRONIC hepatitis, but those are uncommon initially. Antibiotics are not used, Hepatitis is cause by a virus. Talk to your doctor.
No specific treatment exists for hepatitis A. Instead, the main focus is on making sure you gain adequate nutrition and avoid any lifelong liver damage. If you're nauseated, intake small snacks throughout the day instead of three colossal meals may sustain. Soft, easily digested foods, such as soup or broth, yogurt and toast, may be the most appealing. You may also find you can tolerate food better surrounded by the morning than later within the day.
As soon as you've received a diagnosis of hepatitis A, have a chat to your doctor about any medication you take, including those you buy over-the-counter. Your doctor may recommend stopping or varying some of them. Also, avoid drinking alcohol during the acute phase of your illness. Even after you've recovered, don't mix alcohol and acetaminophen (Tylenol, others); doing so can effect liver damage even within people who haven't have hepatitis.
