The best OTC medication is probably Claritin. They have several different kind, and it doesn't make you drowsy similar to Benadryl. Claritin used to be a prescription medication, and a lot of times doctors will advocate their patients to use it if they can't afford a prescription plan.

Claritin or alavert (loratadine) 10mg. Make sure you take the claritin D if you own sinus headache and pain. It is by request of the pharmacist as they save it behind the counter. Oh! don't procure the claritin D 24 only the 12 hour because the 24 can kind you feel species of shaky and wierd.
