What's the best cream to use on persistant spots?

I've got some disagreeable spots on my face, they've be there for months... I tried putting Savlon on them, and that's heal the skin quite other, but I can feel the pus is still within under it... is in attendance any better ointment I can use to draw from rid of these spots, or is it just a travel case of being tolerant?What's the best cream to use on persistant spots?
.I am an alternative medicinal therapist and an ex nurse and I use Aloe Vera or Calendula cream from the condition store. For an antiseptic use Tea Tree cream

My son had really unpromising teenage septic spots, even cream from the docs did not work. A solution be found by chance for him, it be just wash his face near Dettol antiseptic soap. You can buy it in most chemists or supermarkets.
If does not clear call on the doctor as it may be a bacterial infection.

you may own infected follicles and could need an antibiotic cream. I use dalacin T prescribed by my doctor for topical application
I find DUAC lotion which is each day wash consiting benzoyl peroxide and Clindamycin enormously effective, Ask your GP to prescribe it for you.
Stop using savlon each day, it ill manufacture matters worse
