What number of carbs is ok and what number is to much?I have type2 and i know to much carbs are impossible but what are the numbers i should be looking for?Whats the check on carbs?
You should be checking your blood sugar for the answer. If it's high 2 hours after consumption, then that be too much carb.
I just hear from my neighbor that 40 grams a day is the max. Going to see a dietician tomorrow to ask that same cross-question, among others. This visit is covered by our insurance. See if you can do matching, if not, here are diabetes clinics through your local hospital that might be free and they are very informative. Carbs are unpromising because they turn into sugar. So you have to study the sugar intake as well as the carbs.

Try and spread your carbs over the complete day. Test your BSL in the past eating, consequently check it two hours later. If your BSL have gone up a lot, after you know you've eaten too much. Keep a history of what you're eating and the affects on your BSL that instrument you can see how you react to different foods.

but i am on a new medcine call lantus
and i can have as copious carbs as i want
its just that you hold to give your self a shot every time you devour.
