What's the difference if I bear metformin 500mg w/insulin (lantus) or lift metformin 850 mg w/out insulin?

Is it better or safer to take the 500mg and the insulin shot consequently taking the 850mg alone? What's the difference and are there any effects between the two different mg?What's the difference if I bear metformin 500mg w/insulin (lantus) or lift metformin 850 mg w/out insulin?
Insulin will hold a far more potent effect than the tablets, but please do not muck around with the prescribed regime. Any change should be discussed with any your diabetes care nurse or endocrinologist.
Only your doctor can answer this cross-examine. As a general rule, patients who require insulin surrounded by addition to the oral medication have poor diabetic control i.e. not managed suitably by the pills, and the insulin is given to get the control that the pills cannot, no business what their dose.
Only your doctor can answer this. The treatment differs from person to character and the treatment may and will change over time.
