Itching, discharge, aching urination, pain surrounded by the pelvic area, flush, and sores to name a few.
Most STDs own no signs or symptoms though.

Everyone else answered your question, but the best bearing to know is get checked. Very repeatedly STDs (mostly for males) will have no symptoms, or symptoms are delayed, etc.You can be HIV+ and not even know it.
