What's the best agency to quit smoking?
Many people can't do this but I regard cold - turkey is the best way. I did this 7 years ago and haven't have a smoke since, believe me though it is hard and at times I really stipulation to use my willpower not to begin again. Good Luck and stay smoke free.
Don't buy any cigarettes. Instead, put the money you would spend on it within a Jar and see how much you can save surrounded by 3 months, and buy your self something as a reward for keeping your body healthy.
