Whats wrong near my eardrum?

When I sing in the choir and sing to strongly/loudly, my gone eardrum makes this buzzing nouns, kind of resembling the sound a Kazoo make. I feel resembling my eardrum is about to cleave or pop, so I stop singing for a bit and rub my ear. Whats wrong? Only my left ear drum is artificial.Whats wrong near my eardrum?
i had alike problem what you have is a ruptured eardrum
the transparent skin over the drum is torn and that's the buzzing you hear is the loose skin particles vibrate
if untreated your ear could become infected and at times leak out pus
step to the doctor they will need to clutch a skin graph and repair the tear
not a big promise but if left untreated could create you hearing loss
It just does that becuase when you sing loud or in a elevated note after more air will escape through your ears cause a buzzing noise contained by your ear
