Use a marine salt shower scrub to remove the departed skin and yet add on moisture to the dry skin - you don't want to be to rough (with a tough lufa) and leave discoloring.
Make your own - if you want. Olive grease and kosher salt near a hint of brown sugar. Rinse it sour well - and after you dry bad apply a cream (non mineral oil no vaseline or toddler oils)
