What medical condition is this?

Ok, so in my study assembly room class, we were conversation about wierd form occurences. Our teacher told us roughly speaking how she used to work at a hospital, and a boy came contained by (around 6) with his parents, and while he be anatimically a boy, his insides was everything a woman would own (fallopian tube, uterus, etc etc etc) and how if they hadn't performed surgery, during puberty, he would hold grown breasts, and many other woman resembling features. What is this medical condition called? What medical condition is this?
The boy be born a hermaphrodite, a condition where the X and Y factor are together inside the egg.
Hermaphrodite
He be a hermaphrodite. Here's a site you can learn more around it from here.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/hermaphrodi...
It's called persistant mullerian duct syndrome (I looked it up on the web- they give interesting case study)
Hermaphrodite is the occupancy applied to children born with sexual characteristics of both masculine and female gender.
It can be difficult to determine which gender all your own is the correct / dominant and often parents are rushed to "choose" a sex to lift up their child as and to consent to that gender assignment, which requires corrective surgery and hormone analysis to develop the sexual / physical traits of the gender assigned.
Recent information recommend allowing the child to "choose" their own gender assignment base on the child's desires, preferences, feminine or mannish activities and behaviors.
