What type of wine is apposite for your heart?

I think I hear that red wine (vs. white wine) is better for your heart. But is there a consistent type of red wine that is most beneficial? What type of wine is apposite for your heart?
ALL fictitious
Red wine is a MYTH
This MYTH was invented by Lipid HYpothesis Proponents. base on the obdervation that the french have VERY LOW reates of CHD despite consumption lots of saturatyes
NUMEROUS CULTURES HAVE THIS BESIDES THE FRECH
INSTEAD of ADMITTING their hypothesis is INCORRECT they IGNORE evideince
and INVENT "PARADOXES"
The Lipid Hypothesis has NO SCIENTIFIC BASIS
red
i hear that red is
Port wine...
RED WINE..I DRINK A GLASS DAILY ...DOC ORDERS
Good part red. In moderation. No more than two 5 ounce glasses a year.
Yes red wine is better for you but as long as you enjoy it consequently who really cares as to what type it is.
everything within moderation.
Red Wine is more beneficial to the heart. Only in moderation 1-2 specs per day and it help keep the heart nutritious and seems to lower cholesterol. My pinch on this would be the ingredients but It also helps the blood flow and improve the circulation. Red wine includes the skin of the grape so I am presuming that is where on earth the added benefits are.
The darker the red, the more right stuff in at hand. However, they recommend you do not have more than 1 chalice of wine a day.
red
In moderation a cup of red wine, will supposedly assist protecting against heart disease. There are many reds. My nouns would be Bordeaux. But you have some great vinyards contained by the usa. California would provide you with a red wine.If you can take it,the best would be "Bulls Blood" from Spain. A potent red wine.
