What species of exercise can I do if I suffer from asthma?

i have asthma too and what i do is a breathing technique and what you do is when you run or working out conjecture about how you as a rule breath right now. when you breath surrounded by your stumach goes contained by and vice versa well when you run what i do is breath within and stick out my stumach and then breath out and verbs it in. it might seem to be a bit confusing. but its pretty simple and it helps me control my breathing. it might assist you =]
not jogging.

I hold had Asthma for nearly 6 years immediately and I walk every morning 3 miles [ round trip ]. If I get tired I rest and I hold my inhales with me. I belong to Curves gym and work out at lowest 3x's a week and don't have any trouble breathing at darkness.
I am check by my doctor every three months to make sure I am ok and no problem in that. I do have a breathing contrivance but very seldom use it.
I live within Surprise, Arizona [ in the desert ] exceptionally dry here.
What you need to do is check out beside your doctor and see what he/she says is dutiful for you and your body.
I eat adjectives Organic foods and drink a lot of Sun Tea and hose. And will probably out live my husband. He is 58 and I am 70.
Low impact like swimming, stationary bike, pilates, yoga lots of option!
See if you can find a hospital with a cardio/pulmanory rehab
They will train you some low impact excercises
And a Big + They have Cardio/Pulmanory techs and a Dr
on telephone In case you hold problems
