What category of syndrome "treatment" is this?

Injections or IV's are inserted on TOP of both your hands and that`s why you have to wear a big band-aid higher than each of your paw? What disease or ailment treatment match this??What category of syndrome "treatment" is this?
Injections aren't given contained by hand vein unless they are IV injections and there's no other venous access. IV lines can be started in appendage veins but this isn't a disease or ailment. It's call IV therapy and is given for any number of reason. The specific kind of IV psychotherapy depends on the fluid or fluids that were hung (which would back explain what the illness was).
It is standard treatment for a moment ago about every syndrome that requires the doctors to have unforced access into the patient's blood stream.
The marks from the IV will disapear relatively quickly.
