What drug should i use to treat my infected toe?

Here's the description:
On my 3rd toe on my left foot, in that are like little bumps (around 4 to 5) fundamental the base of that toe, and there's a black spot contained by the middle of each bump.
It certainly just started out beside one bump and after i put some medicine from my doctor, it dried out for awhile later about a fortnight after that, there are similar to 2. And now there's 4 or 5.
The pesky little bumps hurt even when i press them delicately.
Anyone has experience near this and knows what to do?What drug should i use to treat my infected toe?
it is best that you see a doctor to first identify the infection
you inevitability warm hose down with saline and vinegar
toe infections are sometimes caused by dirty socks, and trustworthy types of aggressive exercise can also play a part.
Tinea unguium is the tinea which usually infects toes. Use antitinea drugs on the infected sites. Drugs similar to mebendazole are available to treat ascariasis. BUT you must find out which type of infection you have surrounded by particular, and what cause it so you can be aware. Goodluck!
