What treatment can i use?

my baby's face, vanished elbow, and back is red approaching a rash i chew over it's ECZEMA. what can i use to get rid of it?What treatment can i use?
I hold a four-month old who lucklessly inherits his daddy's skin (white, blotchy...and prone to eczema).
What I have found works best is...first, stop pouring babe soap in the hip bath water...use a outstandingly small amount on a washrag...if you still have problems, switch from a newborn soap to a glycerin soap formulated to avoid aggravating eczema.
Next try eliminating detergents...don't use anything stinking either.
At least possible twice a day use a apposite moisturizing lotion like Curel Ultra Therapy or Eucerin. If it is extremely dry (like wintertime next to heaters running) use it more frequently. It doesn't *prevent* eczema...but it is proven that dry skin is more susceptible to eczema.
If you still have trouble, look for any other main or common allergen that could be the produce. Also...if you talk to your pediatrician, he or she will promising suggest and/or give a hydrocortizone cream...but don't use any lacking talking to them first.j
Adding a further comment - as somebody above said, always consult near your pediatrician. It is *doubtful* that it is anything serious, but you always want to hang on to them in the know.
Hope this help!
Take the child to the doctor. It could be something serious.
