What to you devise lead from these symptoms?

Here are the symptoms:
-Lungs burning
-Shoulder burning
-Seeings dots of "blue"
-Coughing blood
-Short of breath
-Headache
-Vomiting
-Pain when breathing
-Fatigue
Please try to help, since my friend is have all these symptoms and I'm worried.What to you devise lead from these symptoms?
It could be a few things including a heart and/or a lung problem. It does sound serious adequate that your friend should see a doctor.
