I have mono, but I be wondering what to do about brushing my teeth? Should I switch toothbrushes frequently so I don't hang on to reinfecting myself, or would it be fine to just hold on to using the same one? Thanks! What to do more or less mono and toothbrush?
You'll be fine even if you don't switch. Having Mono already, you'll hold immunity to that expert strain of Epstein-Barr (the virus that causes it.) So, you're not reinfecting yourself at adjectives.
But, you should get a unusual toothbrush every three months or so anyway, so if you're due for one, right after you get better would be a well-mannered time to do that.
You may use the same, but don't share!
