What should I do?

I'm tiredWhat should I do?
Go to sleep
If your tiredness is not relieved by extra rest then it may be fatigue. You might want to consult a doctor. If not, try vitamins and keep watch on your diet.
MARADONA,
IT SOUNDS LIKE YOU REALLY NEED A VACATION TO REST YOUR NERVES AND SOUL.
OH, AND FOR RIGHT NOW GET A GOOD NIGHT'S SLEEP.
BEST WISHES FOR YOU!
So am I, but I suffer from Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. so being tired is relative. My fatigue can impose me to not being competent to get out of bed some days. Sometimes, I can go and get up and visit near my family for something like 2 hours, but I cannot have a shower on indistinguishable day.
If your "Tired" is that severe, you particularly need to see a Dr ASAP. If you are tired because you are stressed consequently the logical step is to find time in your busy light of day to do some relaxation exercises. If you simply are not sleeping enough later, 20 minute power naps may be the treatment. If you are ailing in any other process and if this fatigue has last more than a week or so, get some medical counsel.. Being tired is to little of a symptom on its own for anyone on this website to help you further. You may want to follow this guidance or re-post your question along next to a little more history. Good Look
