What menu/recipes(lunch) to be exact apposite for hypertensive??
FRESH Everything. No salt, No preservatives, No briskly Food.
Low fat, low brackish. Fish are good, fiber is obedient, so something like salmon beside wild rice and steamed veggies.
I'd stay away from brisk foods, a salad would be okay, no hot dogs or lunch meats and snack foods similar to chips and no pickles. You really should check with a dietitian. No bacon or ham--anything salted. I'd say vegetables, fruits, cottage cheese, yogurt, bananas are especially right, grilled or roast chicken, pasta, maybe a turkey burger, seasoned next to your favorite herbs and spices, lettuce, tomatoes.
Not masses, if any foods really reduce Blood Pressure, but limiting saline as much as possible, along with alcohol would be an amazing start.
Stay away from salt/sodium. It wont dramatically drop your BP but it will backing you. It's hard to steer clear since newly about any pre-packaged food item is loaded next to sodium. It can be done if you try. Read those labels!
