Possibly Sebhorrea. Get some hydrocortisone cream and rub it into the artificial area of your OUTER ear. Don't stick it contained by too far. Should clear up in in the region of a week.
it is dry skin and when you scratch it sour you are making it bleed too(psoriasis)
Sloughed off skin and sometimes pus. I other had that next to earings and had to consent to my ears close. But this can happen to skin within general. You want to find the right soap, usually hypoallergenic or clear soap. Wash and RINSE 3 times a day and pat dry beside a clean towl that hasn't be dried in cloth softener. If keeping clean and dry a couple weeks doesn't back then see a dermatologist if you're covered or can afford it. They enjoy great topical meds and know alot of cool stuff about skin.
