What is this bump on my paw?

I have a small bump that seem to be connected to a tendon contained by my hand. It is not raw and it moves when I flex my fingers. I do not believe it is a cyst since it is under my skin and it moves. Any thinking on what this is?What is this bump on my paw?
could be a calcium deposit or sometimes warts grow underneath the skin, best to have it checked by the doctor.
It could be a wart.
Maybe it's a Tumor.
There is a randomness its a popped blood vessel. They sometimes create bumps and don't always hurt. You're right within thinking it's not a cyst becasue cysts dont normally move. My best guess would be a popped vessel. If it is, the bump will move about down.
