ok well here im gonna describe this as best i can
i hold a bunch of these things that start out looking like a white guide on my leg they get really sore next they get extremely swollen and bright red after a while and the white boss turns into this black part which is in general a pore
i was told by a few associates it was a spider bite but im getting them at different times and so far ive have about 5 of em totall
and i own one really swollen lymph node out of four along my hip
any help would be great because is feel like i get kicked in the leg

You should capture this looked at by a doctor- it could be a bacteria cause this called MRSA. It is completely contagious, but there are antibiotics to fix this.
You must plainly see a Dermatologiest.
When the lymph gland is involved it is serious and time to see a specialist.
