Use solely mild skin care products, those that are made for sensitive skin. If it contains profusely of alcohol, be careful because it will burn your skin further. Don't rub your skin or use any hardened facial scrubs for a while. Use a oil lamp moisturizer and a mild toner. You could try witch hazel, which is a good ancient fashioned toner that can be found in the supermarket or pharmacy.

The deformity looks like a fingernail fault. Did you squeeze. You may be able to move about for a dermabrasion at a clinic or maybe a chemical strip. these smooth the skin out.
